We do not save your questions

The chat searches for answers inside your browser. What you type in the chat is not sent to a server or saved. Reloading the page clears the conversation.

If you type your question on the home page, it travels once in the chat page address, like any other link. The chat removes it from the address bar as soon as it reads it. This is why it is best not to type personal information.

Tools and forms

The calculators, estimated RFC and forms are calculated and generated on your device. What you type is not sent or saved; it is cleared when you close or reload the page.

We do not need your personal information

We do not need your CURP, RFC, NSS, phone number or any other personal information to guide you. If you type something that looks like personal information, we hide it on screen and let you know.

No cookies, accounts or analytics

This website does not use cookies, have user accounts or measure your visit with analytics tools.

Ratings

When you select “Helpful” or “Not helpful” on an answer, we add an anonymous vote to that guide with your chosen reason. We do not save your question, IP address or cookies: only a daily count, to learn which guides need improvement.

Voice dictation

If you use the microphone, your browser handles speech recognition through its own provider. Check your browser’s privacy policy.
